Ilana started Serotonin Productions in 2005 (now The Serotonin Project) while she was studying in Cape Town.
Ilana now with organisations, communities and individuals around the world, developing both their leadership capacity and their power as communities.
All my work is rooted in some basic foundations – that everyone human being is of equal value, that every one has magic to bring to the world, that everything in the world is connected and so we must work with the world and each other in order to live in it, that everybody deserves health & happiness, that ‘to move forward in this life, we have to give back’, that everyone deserves to be valued and loved, and that any one person can make a big difference.
